Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of purchase. The item's condition will be assessed upon receipt. If it's confirmed defective, you’ll be eligible for a refund or exchange. To start a return click here to open our returns portal.

Non-defective Merchandise:

  • Items returned for reasons other than defects or incorrect delivery will receive store credit or exchange only.
  • Returns received after 21 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns after 60 days will be accepted for store credit at our discretion.
  • We do not offer refunds on non-defective merchandise.

Other Return Guidelines:

  • No returns on customized items or worn/used merchandise.
  • Apparel returns will only be accepted for store credit at our discretion.
  • The return/exchange value will be based on the item’s purchase price.

  • Items purchased outside of this website are not eligible for returns.
  • Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping expenses.

For repairs: Beaded jewelry in need of repair after 21 days of purchase are charged a $20 restringing fee for bracelets and $30 for rosaries. What is Redo Hassle Free Exchanges & Store Credits + Package Protection?

  • Available in the US only
  • When you select REDO Free Return Shipping + Package Protection at checkout, your return shipping will be free, and your order will be protected against loss, theft, damage, or incorrect shipping.
  • Once you’ve added REDO Free Return Shipping + Package Protection, it cannot be removed after the order is placed.
  • If you choose not to purchase REDO Free Return Shipping + Package Protection, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and your package will not be covered by shipping protection.

What shipping options are available on KingBabyStudio.com?

Currently, we ship via UPS without a signature confirmation for all deliveries unless specifically requested by the client immediately after your order has been placed. If you would like us to add the signature required please contact our customer service immediately after you place your order.  Send your email to: websales@kingbaby.com. Please reference your order number when making the request. If your order has been shipped prior to your request we will not be able to change the signature option mid-transit. If items are in stock we aim to ship your order within 24-48 hours. Weekend & holiday orders will ship the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Shipping

We're proud to offer international shipping via UPS worldwide. Our website automatically includes prepaid customs duties and taxes per your countries individual rates per Zonos.com. Sorry, we do not ship to Russia, Mainland China or Hong Kong from our website.

Can I use my King Baby gift card to make a purchase online?

Not at this time. May I replace a lost or stolen King Baby gift card? Gift cards are treated as cash and are not replaceable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards.

Cleaning & Care

.925 Sterling Silver & Solid Gold

Sterling silver is the core material of King Baby. We mix our own metal at our factory, creating a proprietary blend with a higher silver content that provides our customers with exceptional value. Through a specialized oxidation and polishing process, we achieve the signature detailed, high-contrast King Baby look.

Our solid silver and gold pieces are built for continuous daily wear. However, we suggest removing necklaces before bed purely to prevent the chains from catching on bedding or twisting under tension while you sleep.

  • How to clean: Use the King Baby polishing cloth. Gently rub with the white side to remove tarnish, and use the gray side to restore the shine. Dry jewelry polishing wipes are also safe to use.

  • What to avoid: Never use liquid jewelry cleaners on any King Baby products. Liquid cleaners will strip away the intentional dark oxidation that gives our pieces their distinct contrast.

Leather Bracelets & Cords

Natural leather is a premium, durable material built to last for years. However, because leather is porous, it requires proper care to prevent it from deteriorating over time.

  • Keep it dry: Never wear leather in the shower, pool, or ocean. Water strips the natural oils from the leather, causing it to shrink, dry out, and become brittle.

  • Daily wear: Remove leather pieces before heavy workouts and before bed to maintain the suppleness of the material and extend its lifespan.

Genuine Stone Beads

We use premium genuine stones, heavy-duty beading wire, and high-quality elastics to handcraft our beaded collections.

  • How to clean: Clean the stones gently using a microfiber cloth and a tiny drop of mineral oil.

  • Keep it dry: Remove beaded pieces before showering, swimming, or working out. Hot water, soaps, and shampoos can seep under the protective coating of the internal stringing wire and elastics, weakening them over time.

  • Last On, First Off: Put your beaded jewelry on after applying lotions or colognes, and always take it off before bed to prevent unnecessary stretching or snapping.

Please note this is a digital gift card that can be issued to the recipient of your choice.  After your gift card purchase you will receive an email from one of our customer service representatives so that we can to issue the card to the recipient.  There is no expiration date on these gift cards.  They currently are only valid for tender on online orders.  In store gift cards may be purchased at one of our King Baby store locations

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your King Baby order in accordance with individual state regulations.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any King Baby order as long as it has not been shipped.

Email us at websales@kingbaby.com make sure to include your contact information and order number. You will either be contacted by an associate or get an email confirmation regarding your order cancellation and refund confirmation.
