Currently, we ship via Fed Ex with a signature required for all deliveries. If you would like us to remove the signature required please contact our customer service after you place your order. Please reference your order number when making the request. If your order has been shipped prior to your request we will not be able to change the signature option mid-transit. If items are in stock we aim to ship your order within 24 hours. Weekend & holiday orders will ship the following business day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
